Our biggest project ever, Winghaven, was selected for St. Louis's prestigious HOMERAMA in 2000.

It's the largest master-planned community ever developed in the St. Louis marketplace.

The multi-family division builds all kinds of communities-- in St. Louis, Kansas City, Illinois, Indianapolis, and Atlanta.

Everything from entry-level condos, to our unique duplex model, to our luxury condominiums, such as Wake Forest at Winghaven, shown here.

This is Olde Towne, our nostalgic product, launched in Illinois in 1999 by our New Heritage Homes division.

This series is bringing back a neo-traditional, country-colonial style of architecture complete with such features as front porches, detached garages, and rear-alley access.

This is just one example of the innovative single-family communities we're building today.

Our new land acquisition division, just created in 1999, has already developed Nooning Tree, a 100-acre site.

This was sold as developed blocks to 5 builders.

We could show you more, because we build in more locations in the St. Louis Metropolitan area than any other builder, but you can probably already see that McBride & Son is an exciting place to work.
